Isle of Man Post Office (IOMPO) is looking for suitable partners Island-wide to provide a parcel collection facility on its behalf. The service was recently improved with a text message now sent to customers who choose to collect a parcel from their preferred location, advising them when the parcel is available to collect.
Isle of Man Post Office (IOMPO) wishes to advise that from 1st January 2021, there will be changes to the way customers can send goods to international destinations, due to a Universal Postal Union and World Customs Organisation-led initiative to improve security and safety.

Isle of Man Post Office (IOMPO) launched a new enhancement to their Collection service. Customers who receive a notice left card at their homes can log onto IOMPO’s website www.iompost.com/redelivery and choose a convenient location from one of nine Island-wide sites to collect items from and will now receive an SMS/text notification to advise when their item(s) are ready to collect.
