Isle of Man Post Office (IOMPO) has today (Wednesday) launched a consultation to seek public opinion on how best to adapt its letter and parcel deliveries and post office services in the community, to suit demand in a financially responsible way.
Twelve year old Blake Henwood, of QE2 School in Peel has been named as the Isle of Man’s representative for the Universal Postal Union (UPU) International Letter Writing Competition for young people for 2018. Blake’s handwritten letter was selected from entries received from children and young people across the Island.
On Tuesday 10th July 2018, Isle of Man Post Office were honoured to be invited by the Royal Air Force to participate in the celebration of their 100 years of service to our country. During the day, Her Majesty the Queen presented a new colour to the RAF in a moving ceremony.
On Saturday 30th June, Isle of Man Post Office was delighted to issue its latest stamp collection 'Manx Electric Railway 125th Anniversary'. It also marked a special date in the Isle of Man's social calendar as the annual Laxey Fair took place, along with a very special unveiling of a recently restored mail van.
