Integrated Mailing Solutions (IMS) has demonstrated its on-going commitment to providing high quality and secure services, having just passed its latest six monthly International Standards Organisation (ISO) compliance audit.
IMS is the specialist business communications division of Isle of Man Post Office. It holds the ISO/IEC 27001:2005 and ISO/IEC9001:2008 accreditations for data security and quality management across its service range, which includes mail opening, scanning, data capture, response handing, payments processing, printing, fulfilment and franking. To add to this, IMS will update to the latest ISO/IEC 27001: 2013 standard later this year.
Audits are carried out on a six monthly basis by the governing body 'Lloyds Register Quality Assurance' (LRQA). The audit process ensures that IMS is performing consistently to the stringent operational management standards as laid out in the ISO accreditation specifications.
Operations Director, Peter Cropper said: "I'm delighted to announce that IMS has successfully passed another of its six monthly accreditation audits. IMS has a growing base of clients in the Isle of Man, the UK and around the world where security, confidentially and high quality standards are absolutely paramount. This is important, due to the confidential nature of much of the work we carry out for them. These audits provide independent confirmation that not only are our operating processes and management procedures fit for purpose, but also that we are applying them consistently and professionally. Our ISO accreditations and the continued endorsement of these ensure that IMS maintains the highest standards of service for our customers."
