Isle of Man Post Office (IOMPO) is thrilled to announce exceptional results from its recent Business Solutions customer satisfaction survey. Business Solutions provide simple, efficient and effective mailing solutions for any size of business, including bulk mail print and fulfilment, mail opening, franking and data storage. The survey, conducted among regular clients, revealed overwhelmingly positive feedback.
The survey assessed various aspects of the services provided under the Business Solutions brand, including reliability, confidentiality, and customer service, with 100% of participants scoring these as ‘good’ or ‘excellent’. Clients commended IOMPO for its product range, timeliness, and account management support, with one client commenting, “My personal belief is that the company has the right, recognised experience and are trustworthy and reliable”.

All survey participants were given the opportunity to take part in a prize draw to win £50 worth of Foreign Currency, which was subsequently won by Valerie Robb, Managing Director of HPB Assurance.
