Integrated Mailing Solutions (IMS) continues to be an internationally accredited communications division with the recertification of its two ISO standards.
IMS is Isle of Man Post Office's business communications division delivering a one-stop solution to businesses from mail opening, printing, fulfilment, franking, document scanning, data capture, response handling and payment processing.
For the past four years IMS has held ISO 27001:2005, the recognised data security standard and ISO 9001:2008 since 2011 – the world's most established quality framework which sets the standard not only for quality management systems, but management systems in general. The governing body Lloyd's Register Quality Assurance (LRQA) conducts regular rigorous and thorough audits to ensure IMS's continuing compliance to the standards required by the International Standards Organisation.Recently week IMS underwent its latest audit and there were no major or minor nonconformities for both accreditations.
Over recent years, IMS has developed to become a very successful mailing house and has seen its client base grow and attract a portfolio of on and off-Island clients. In order to have achieved this status, IMS has had to meet clients' requirements and expectations and has worked hard to achieve and maintain the two ISO standards. All employees are security screened and highly trained in quality management and data security best practice.
