Isle of Man Post Office's Royal Aeronautical Society (RAeS) stamp collection celebrating the Society's 150th anniversary was unveiled at the Society's Wilbur & Orville Wright (WOW) annual lecture in London on Wednesday (10 December) and coincided with the announcement and presentation of the 2015 RAeS Honours, Medals and Awards.

Isle of Man Post Office and Royal Aeronautical Society (RAeS) have aligned with one another to celebrate the Society's sesquicentennial year with a set of stamps depicting a truly remarkable history of aerospace innovation and exploration over the last 150 years.

For the first time in postal history, 27 postal administrations within the Commonwealth have come together for a genuine postage purpose to produce a unique stamp sheet to mark the 50th anniversary of the Commonwealth Secretariat and the role as HM The Queen as Head of the Commonwealth.
