Post Office Announce its August 2021 Bank Holiday Operations


With the August Bank Holiday weekend quickly approaching, Isle of Man Post Office (IOMPO) would like to advise its customers of changes to operations and opening times over this period.

The operational changes will be as follows:

Friday 27th August

No mail deliveries or collections.

The sub postmasters will all close their post offices with the

exception of:

 

Kirk Andreas Post Office:
09.00 - 12.30 & 13.30 - 17.30

Port St Mary Parcel Collection Point: 07:30 - 13:00

Ballasalla Parcel Collection Point: 08:00 - 20:00

Colby Parcel Collection Point: 07:00 - 22:00

Westmoreland Road Parcel Collection Point: 09:00 - 18:00

Ballaugh Parcel Collection Point: 08:00 - 20:00

Port Jack Parcel Collection Point: 07:00 - 22:00

Airport Garage Parcel Collection Point: 07:00 - 22:00

Allowances due for payment on Friday 27th and Monday 30th can be collected on Thursday 26th August.
Saturday 28th August

Normal Saturday operations:

Parcels and priority mail such as Special Deliveries only.

Open as normal except for the following:

Governors Hill – closed

Kirk Michael – closed

Kirk Onchan – closed

Laxey – closed

Peel – closed

Windsor Road - closed

Open as normal

Monday 30th August No mail deliveries or collections.

All sub post offices across the network will be closed.

Customer Services Suite at Post Office Headquarters and Northern Delivery Office will be closed.   

Port St Mary Parcel Collection Point: 07:30 - 13:00

Ballasalla Parcel Collection Point: 08:00 - 20:00

Colby Parcel Collection Point: 07:00 - 22:00

Westmoreland Road Parcel Collection Point: 09:00 - 18:00

Ballaugh Parcel Collection Point: 08:00 - 19:00

Port Jack Parcel Collection Point: 07:00 - 22:00

Airport Garage Parcel Collection Point: 07:00 - 22:00

Allowances due for payment on Friday 27th and Monday 30th can be collected on Thursday 26th August.

Mail deliveries and collections and Post Office opening hours will revert back to normal service on Tuesday 31st August.

IOMPO’s self-service postal kiosks located across the Island are also available for the purchase of postage, posting letters and parcels, paying utility bills and Isle of Man Government rents and rates.

MiCard Allowances due for payment on Friday 27th and Monday 30th can be collected on Thursday 26th August.
