Isle of Man Post Office (IOMPO) is pleased to announce it has appointed a new provider of postal services for Peel for a fixed period, until 31st March 2025, with the option to extend one year.
From Monday 10th July 2023, Mannin Retail Limited located at the Spar, 10 Atholl Street, Peel will be providing counter services as well as a parcel collection service to the local community. Counter services will be provided between 09.00-17.30hrs Monday – Friday and 09.00-12.30hrs on Saturdays. Meanwhile parcel collection services will be available from 07.00hrs - 21.00hrs Monday to Saturday and 08.00hrs – 21.00hrs on Sundays, including bank holidays.
Peel Post Office in its current location will close on Friday 7th July at 15.30hrs. IOMPO is very grateful to the outgoing sub postmistress for the services she has provided on our behalf and that of our commercial partners for the past 9 years.

The new premises offers extended opening hours which is a key benefit for our customers in terms of improved convenience and access to postal services.”
Recipients of Treasury welfare payments will be able to collect these from the new location from 10th July 2023.
Any customer who is not in when their post person tries to deliver their item of mail and receives a notice left card up to and including Thursday 6th July, can collect their parcel from the current location, notice left cards received from Friday 7th July onwards will be available to collect from the new location from Monday 10th July.
