Mary Gaffney appointed as Customer Services Manager at Isle of Man Post Office


Isle of Man Post Office is delighted to welcome Mary Gaffney to the position of Customer Services Manager. Mary joined the Post Office following the retirement of Ken Christian after more than 40 years of service. As part of her position, she will also take on responsibility for customer service for vehicle licensing and the Post Office's retail network.

Mary has joined the Isle of Man Post Office with a wealth of experience in various managerial functions. Mary had a long career with British Airways and from 1998 to 2003 she applied her talents to a sales/customer services manager role at British Airways then Manx Airlines.

Mary moved to public services in 2003 where she worked as Employment Services Manager within the Department of Trade and Industry before stepping into Project Management roles in the Department of Economic Development within Tourism and Companies Registry. Mary joined Isle of Man Post Office from her then most recent role as Customer Services Manager of the Cabinet Office.
