Isle of Man Post Office's specialist communication division Secure Direct Mail is gearing up to attend the ICE Totally Gaming Show 2014 (ICE) held from 4th to 6th February at Excel in London.
This is the business' third year at ICE, the biggest event in the egaming calendar which embraces every egaming sector and hosts all of the world's major manufacturers, innovators and thought leaders. Representatives from the Secure Direct Mail business development team will be attending this year's event to network and meet with existing clients.
Direct mail remains one of the most effective tried and tested methods of marketing for player acquisition, retention and re-activation. Secure Direct Mail offers the complete service with one point of contact throughout the entire process from client brief, to design, despatch and returns management. Alternatively, clients can cherry-pick the services they need from data verification and cleansing, returns management, response handling, mail-merge, full print for direct mail onto a variety of formats (including specialised print such as scratchcards and CDs/DVDs as well as designed envelopes to accompany), automated or manual envelopement and instant despatch into UK and international mail streams.
To add to this, during the latter part of 2013 the business launched a new mobile offering which provides egaming businesses with a unique mobile acquisition platform that integrates with its direct mail via a QR code or SMS text to attract players using mobile scratchcards and games. The solution offers a data capture element that can be entered by the player or captured automatically via a Facebook account. Any of these services can be bespoke to suit individual client requirements.
Niall Carey, Commercial Manager of Isle of Man Post Office said: "This is our third year in the egaming industry and we are delighted with the success we've had so far. In just three years we've experienced strong retention with clients and have become a preferred supplier for our direct mail services and have seen steady growth in new business. Being a Post Office, we have direct access to global mail streams and being ISO 27001:2005 accredited means that we hold the international benchmark for data security, ensuring our clients' valued data is managed to international standards. This makes us unique in this market."
Niall added: "Attending ICE next week will provide us with many opportunities to create further business relationships and promote our service and product offering. It's also an opportunity to meet with our existing clients based around the world who are also attending. We believe we offer a superior product and pride ourselves on excellent customer service. We will also be attending the London Affiliate Conference straight after ICE. We are looking forward to attending both events and are confident our visits will be worthwhile."
