Isle of Man Post Office (IOMPO) has enhanced its redelivery service and introduces a new service for customers to collect from alternative collection sites, just in time for Christmas.
The enhanced free redelivery and collections service comes into effect from 4th December, which will allow customers to log onto IOMPO’s website and choose a convenient location from a selection of Island-wide sites to collect items from, after receiving a Notice Left card; or alternatively, will enable them to arrange a home redelivery with ease.
The new and improved redelivery service also includes a next day redelivery option for carded items and a new website layout on www.iompost.com/redelivery will improve the customer journey.
IOMPO believes the improved service will provide customers with greater flexibility and convenience when receiving parcels or collecting after a missed delivery, as well as provide room for further innovation in popular areas. We also would like to remind customers that during the busy Christmas period various branches offer extended opening times. For more details please visit www.iompost.com/christmas.
Geoff Rickard, General Manager leading the Mails divisional strategy for the IOMPO, said: “We are delighted to be able to offer this improved service to our customers, just in time for the busy Christmas Period. Adapting our services to the needs of our customers and offering convenient solutions is important to us and we are confident that these changes will suit our valued customers. We look forward to receiving customer feedback on the new redelivery service and plan to extend the number of alternative pick up locations next year.”
