Isle of Man Post Office (IOMPO) has partnered with Mannin Retail to provide new parcel collection points around the Island from Monday 12th July 2021.
IOMPO always tries to deliver parcels at the first attempt but where that is not possible, a Notice Left card will be delivered instead, specifying a collection point from which customers can collect their parcels at their convenience. Five new locations will be added to the existing network:
one in the north (Spar Ballaugh)
two in the east (Spar Port Jack and Spar Westmoreland Road)
two in the south (Spar Airport Garage and Spar Colby)
bringing the total number of parcel collection points across the Island to 13.
Parcel collection points give customers greater flexibility on where they can collect deliveries they may have missed. If the location specified on their Notice Left card does not suit them, they will be able to book a redelivery to any parcel collection point site on Island. IOMPO will then arrange to move the item and if the customer wishes to provide a mobile number they will be notified as soon as their items are ready to collect.

The customer counter at the Southern Delivery Office, based in Ballasalla, will no longer be listed as a parcel collection site and therefore be closed to the public as of Saturday, 10th July 2021.
