Isle of Man Post Office (IOMPO) is looking to capture the views of businesses using their services with a short survey taking the place between Monday 3rd April and Monday 1st May (inclusive). The survey is being independently run by Island Global Research (IGR). All businesses are encouraged to take part regardless of the postal or other commercial services, offered by IOMPO, they currently use or how often they use them.
This survey follows on from a residential customer survey undertaken in October and November 2022 which was completed by more than 3600 respondents.
Simon Kneen, Chief Executive of Isle of Man Post Office said: “Direct feedback from our valued customers is incredibly important in shaping IOMPO’s strategy to ensure we continue to meet their changing needs. We were very pleased with how many people took the time to complete the residential survey and I hope the business community shows the same level of enthusiasm.”
Following the online surveys IGR are keen to speak one-to-one with business customers, to further explore survey findings, and understand how IOMPO can best meet their service needs.
The survey will be available between Monday 3rd April and Monday 1st May. To take part in the survey visit https://survey.islandglobalresearch.com/s3/IOMPOBusinessPR.
