Customers can now pay Endorsable Fixed Penalties at Post Office counters and Pay & Post Kiosks across the Island.
The new service allows customers to pay the fines of £120 from the Isle of Man Constabulary for minor motoring offences at any Post Office or Pay & Post Kiosk within 21 days of issue.
The provision of this service offers customers a greater flexibility and convenience in settling these payments. There are currently 25 Post Office counters placed strategically across the Island and nine Pay & Post Kiosks which are primarily situated in non-postal locations to give customers a greater access to Post Office retail services at a time and place to suit them.
In addition to the new offering, services available from the Pay & Post Kiosks include postage of letters and small packets, purchase of postage labels and the payment of utility bills (MEA, Manx Telecom, Manx Gas, Fixed Penalties and Government Rates and Rents) and those offered at Post Office counters provide a full range of postal services.
Peter Cropper, Operations Director of Isle of Man Post Office said: "We continually review the products and services that we offer to our customers to ensure we are always meeting their expectations and as a result we have now added a new addition to our service offering. Customers can now pay their Endorsable Fixed Penalties at both our Post Office counters and Pay & Post Kiosks around the Island. We are delighted to be able to provide our public with a new service which offers the convenience they need."
