On January 22nd the Isle of Man Post office will issue a set of 4 stamps, beautifully painted by artist Zhang Yong, to celebrate the Year of the Pig in the Chinese Zodiac Calendar.
Isle of Man Post Office (IOMPO) released their annual limited edition 2018 Yearbook on 1st December, which has a full mint stamp set from each of our sixteen collections.

An act of remembrance has taken place today in the staff foyer by our WW1 and WW2 war memorials where members of staff have placed poppy wreaths in remembrance of our colleagues who gave “their tomorrow for our today” and reflected on the contribution men and woman of our Island have given to allow us to enjoy our freedom today.
The ceremony concluded with the Last post at 11am and with a 2 minutes’ silence.
A special commemorative envelope, limited to 1000 editions will be issued by Britain’s Crown Dependencies and Overseas Territory Guernsey, Isle of Man, Jersey and Gibraltar on 11 November 2018 to mark 100 years since the signing of the Armistice Treaty.
THE ISLE OF MAN POST OFFICE CELEBRATES 80 YEARS OF BEANO WITH A SPECIAL STAMP COLLECTION FEATURING DENNIS & GNASHER VISITING THE ISLE OF MAN
On Monday 29th of October, Beano and the Isle of Man Post Office celebrate 80 years of the world’s longest running and most loved comic with a special collection of stamps, featuring Beano’s iconic characters Dennis & Gnasher on the Isle of Man. The Isle of Man Post Office feels extremely proud to be working with Beano on such a special, vibrant and colourful stamp collection, celebrating eighty years of fun filled mischief.
On Thursday 18th of October, the Isle of Man Post Office will issue a set of four stamps celebrating the two hundredth anniversary of the first permanent lighthouses on the Isle of Man at the Point of Ayre and on the Calf of Man.
