Changes to the Retail Network
All the information you need for anything related to our retail network.
Although all legal measures have been lifted from Monday 19th April we would like to remind customers that anyone experiencing any symptoms of Covid-19 or those who have been in contact with anyone who has been exposed to the virus, should not visit the post office. This also applies to those who have from off-Island travel within the last 14 days.
Retail Network Opening Hours
From Monday 19th April all sub-post offices and delivery offices, with the exception of Laxey Post Office, will revert to their normal opening hours. Opening hours can be found by visiting our Postal Services Finder page.
Social Distancing in Post Offices
Whilst social distancing is not a requirement from Monday 19th April, please be mindful that some customers may choose to continue with social distancing. We kindly ask you to respect others choices.
Face Coverings
From Monday 19th April it will no longer be mandatory to wear face masks/coverings, however, some customers and staff may choose to continue to wear them on a voluntary basis.
Retention of Notice Left Items
Items are now retained at notice left collection sites for 23 days to give customers longer to collect their items. If customers are self-isolating and unable to leave their house they could arrange a redelivery of the item instead.
