Alternative Delivery Services

Alternative delivery services available to those who do not wish to have mail delivered to their usual address during the Covid-19 Coronavirus crisis.

We have begun to receive requests from some of our customers not to deliver their mail, either because they have opted to work remotely, or as a precaution.

Unfortunately Isle of Man Post Office is unable to accept informal instructions to cease delivery of mail; however we are able to provide business customers with the following delivery service alternatives:

Business Redirection	Mail addressed to your office can be redirected to a single alternative address – such as a residential address if you’re working from home.
Business Keepsafe	Hold your mail securely for a specified time, then deliver everything held to your company address.
Mail Opening and Scanning	Collate your mail before it is delivered, securely open and scan the mail in our information security accredited area, and upload images securely on the same day for you to download and process.
