Product Description
  • The Isle of Man Arts Council 60th Anniversary First Day Cover offers a timeless way to mark this cultural celebration. It features all 10 stamps from the anniversary collection, each one spotlighting a key element of Manx arts, from theatre and music to dance and public art. These stamps are affixed to a specially designed commemorative envelope reflecting the spirit of the celebration.

Each First Day Cover is officially postmarked with the issue date, 14th January 2025, adding an extra level of detail for collectors. This postmark signifies the first official day the stamps were made available, making it a prized addition to any philatelic collection. For non-collectors, it’s a beautiful, ready-to-display piece of history that celebrates the island’s artistic heritage.

Inside, you'll find a filler card detailed and engaging descriptions  of each stamp's design, written by Jane Corkill, Arts Development Manager.

Perfect for experienced philatelists, new collectors, or as a thoughtful gift, the First Day Cover is a striking keepsake that tells the story of 60 years of the Arts Council's creativity and community impact on the Isle of Man.
