Isle of Man Post Office is pleased to announce the appointment of Tony Wild MLC as its new Vice Chairman. His nomination was approved by Tynwald last week.
Mr Wild MLC will take up the post with immediate effect and will work alongside the Post Office's political Chairman Graham Cregeen MHK and the Board. The Board's responsibility is to set strategy for the Post Office and monitor business performance against the set objectives.
Although a statutory board of Tynwald, the Post Office trades as a commercial entity and faces competition in all areas of activity except the final delivery of letters to each of the Island's addresses.
Mr Wild MLC brings a wealth of experience and knowledge from the commercial world and will greatly assist the business in achieving its strategic objectives.
