Deliveries and Returns policy for Postage items
We endeavour to despatch your order to you within a working day of receipt, but please be aware that delays are possible at peak times for instance Christmas.
Please note that there are no import duties imposed by the UK on any items sent from the Isle of Man Post Office to United Kingdom and Northern Ireland addresses.
We are currently offering free island wide delivery until further notice. No handling fees are currently being charged.
Payments can only be accepted in GB Pounds Sterling. Minimum order quantities apply.
If you are not satisfied with any products you purchase we will be happy to offer you an exchange or refund. All that we ask is that you return the item(s) within 14 days of receipt.
Whilst we have a well managed stock control system, Isle of Man Post Office reserves the right to limit the supply of all product lines should the occasion arise where demand exceeds supply. The decision and allocation of available stock rests solely with Isle of Man Post Office.
