Call into your nearest parcel collection point as detailed on your Notice Left Card to collect your package. Please bring photographic proof of ID (passport or driving license) with you to collect your package.

Redelivery attempts can only be made to the same address as it appears on your item. We cannot redeliver to alternative addresses at this time. There is a maximum of two redelivery attempts.
