Customs Information

All items containing goods sent outside the UK, including to the Channel Islands, must include a completed customs declaration form (CN22/23 for mail or CP72 if using Parcelforce).

All items containing goods sent outside the UK, including to the Channel Islands, must include a completed customs declaration form (CN22/23 for mail or CP72 if using Parcelforce).

Previously, customs forms (CN22A/B and CN23 for mail, CP72 for Parcelforce) were only required for countries outside Europe, but now they are needed for all destinations beyond the UK, including the Channel Islands – Jersey, Guernsey, Alderney, Herm, and Sark.

Items without completed customs forms may face delays, seizure, or additional charges. For more details, visit our Customs Declarations page. If you're unsure about sending items to the Channel Islands or overseas, please contact Customer Services at 664664 or ask at your local post office.

And remember, all mail needs to be Safe to Post.
