The Board develops the strategy and policy within Isle of Man Post Office.
It is the Board's responsibility to ensure that the work of the Accounting Officer and other senior officials support the strategy and policy approved by the Board.

Our Executive Team are responsible for strategic and operational business leadership and direction. In a rapidly changing postal environment, the team lead the business divisions to achieve their profit targets and with their wide ranging experience, advise the board on strategic, commercial and operational issues.

Helen joined the Isle of Man Post Office in 1990 as a Postal Assistant in what is now known as the Stamps & Coins Division. One of her first tasks was to rip stamp sheets into collectable sets for the thousands of worldwide customers. Helen quickly progressed through the various roles within the Division before moving on to other areas of the business. With a passion for training and developing others it was no surprise that Helen took up the role of Training Officer in 2001.
Helen currently Heads up the Human Resources team, working closely with the Executive and Leadership Team to enhance workforce performance by delivering a portfolio of relevant solutions and connecting people capabilities to business needs.
Russell joined the Isle of Man Post Office in 2003 and has since worked in various operational and management roles throughout the business, including as Sales Manager from 2009, and Strategic Projects Manager from 2014.
Since 2017 Russell has held the role of General Manager of Integrated Mailing Solutions, IOMPO's business services division. His responsibilities include leading operational teams to provide excellent service to IOMPO's corporate customers, and enhance performance while maintaining the division's various accreditations.
In July 2019 the Commercial team moved into Russell's remit, which he now leads to align IOMPO's offering to meet customer needs.
Ben joined the Isle of Man Post Office in 2011, and is currently the Deputy Commercial Manager. He attained a First Class Degree in Strategic Marketing Management, followed by sales and marketing roles at a local telecom provider. Ben has held a variety of roles within the IOMPO Commercial team, including as sales support administrator and as an Account manager successfully managing large and bespoke transactional mail campaigns.
Ben is responsible for managing Key Commercial Clients and the day-to-day operation of the Account Management team. The role of the Account Management team are to develop and grow new and existing relationships, promoting a suite of current and innovative commercial products for our IMS, Retail and Mail divisions. The Commercial Team manage a combination of local, national and international customers.
Sharon has worked for the Post Office since 1998 and specifically in Customer Services since 2000, where she has gained a diverse knowledge and experience in this area.
Sharon is responsible for the Customer Services team of 18 which encompasses Parcelforce, Redirections, Claims, General Enquiries, Foreign Exchange together with the public posting counter/notice left at Douglas Sorting Office & Priority Services Locker.

Stephen joined the Business in 1990 as a Postal Assistant in the Philatelic Department which is now known as Stamps and Coins.
Since joining the business he has worked in the mails section as a Post Person, Post Person Higher Grade and Assistant Manager in our Douglas and Southern Sorting Offices moving to our Mailroom as a Team Leader before Project Managing the transfer of the Vehicle & Driving functions from Isle of Man Treasury to the Post Office in 2005 and subsequently taking up the role of Licensing Manger.
As Retail Services Manager Stephen is responsible for our Retail Network, Cashier, Foreign exchange and the Vehicle and Drivers section.
Having worked in Isle of Man Post Office's Stamps & Coins division since 1981, Maxine has an extensive wealth of knowledge and experience in this area.
Maxine's responsibility is for her team to produce high quality, innovative stamp issues to attract both old and new collectors and build on the international reputation this division holds by philatelists throughout the world.
